Terms of Use (Public Offer)

Last updated: May 5, 2026.

The Momly service is provided free of charge to the extent that it is available. Under no circumstances are the project administration, its owners, developers, moderators, or affiliated persons liable for losses, harm to health or reputation, direct or indirect damage, lost profits, loss of data, actions or materials of other users, or failures involving third parties including Google, Firebase, networks, and devices. By using Momly, you accept these conditions at your own risk. The complete Terms follow below.

1. Acceptance of the Terms

By installing the app, creating an account, using the momly.uz website or related Firebase addresses, or using any Momly feature, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accept these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Nature of the service: as is, free, without warranties

Momly is a digital service that helps moms meet and communicate. The service is provided free, unless a different explicit charge with a separate agreement is introduced in the future. The service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without express or implied warranties, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement of third-party rights.

We do not guarantee that the service is free from errors, that user content contains no malicious code, that operation will be uninterrupted, that data will be preserved, or that the service will suit your personal or commercial purposes.

3. Complete limitation of the administration's liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, liability of the project administration and all persons involved in maintaining Momly is completely excluded for any claims, losses, actions, and expenses, including loss of data; service unavailability; errors in recommendations and search; offensive or unlawful content from other users; real-life meetings arranged through the service; harm caused by third parties; and failures of Firebase, Google, providers, or devices.

Under no circumstances will total liability, if recognized in any way, exceed the amount you actually paid for paid features during the last 12 months. If there are no paid features, that amount is zero (0) in the currency of your country.

4. User conduct

You agree not to use Momly to:

The administration may, without warning, remove content, block accounts, and contact competent authorities in response to violations, to the extent reasonable within available resources. The administration is not required to pre-moderate content and does not guarantee a response to every report.

5. Account and data

You are responsible for protecting your credentials. Actions performed through your account are considered to have been performed by you unless proven otherwise. Deleting an account in the app may not immediately erase every copy from backup systems; see the Privacy Policy for details.

6. User content

The rights to the content you post remain with you. You grant the project a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to store, display, reproduce, and technically process that content for operation of the service. Content that violates the rights of minors, the rights of others, or the law is prohibited. The administration is not responsible for whether posted material complies with the law; you are responsible for the content you post.

7. Third-party services

The service depends on Google Firebase, app stores, the network and device. The terms and policies of those parties also apply. The administration is not responsible for their operation.

8. Intellectual property

The Momly name, brand elements, presentation, and site materials are protected unless stated otherwise. Do not copy or use them outside reasonable personal viewing without permission.

9. Changes and termination

We may change features, suspend or discontinue the service completely, including without compensation and without notice, unless mandatory law requires otherwise. These Terms may be updated; continued use after a new version is published means acceptance unless otherwise provided by law.

10. Dispute resolution and applicable law

Send claims to the contact that will be published in the project. If a dispute cannot be resolved, the substantive and procedural law to be specified after consultation with a lawyer will apply; the country, city, and court remain to be completed. If any provision of these Terms is held invalid, the remaining provisions stay in force.

11. Final provisions

This document does not create an agency, partnership, or employment relationship. A user may not transfer rights without the project's consent. The administration's failure to act on a violation does not waive its right to enforce later.
